So what the heck...

BFG has said nothing about a replacement for the KO2s (some of my favorite tires) but then today with the Ranger Raptor I see.... KO3s on it. dafuq?

I think past TRD Pro models come with Goodyear Wranglers with the Kevlar. Not a bad tire, but no KO2. So the KO3 should be pretty awesome.

I'd really love to see these on the new Taco!!!

Looking forward to real-world feedback on them. I hope there's noticeable reduced road noise with the same or better off-road capability when PSI is lowered, especially since most of these ride on well paved road and not nearly as much on trails.
I'm just always relieved to see any Tier 1 tire manufacturer used on any mainstream OEM vehicle. Tired of seeing Hankooks (or similar) on everything.

No shade on Hankook. I have Hankooks on my own car. They're fine. But seeing serious rubber always makes me think the testing process was more rigorous and they didn't just go with the lowest bidder.

I only buy Hankook when I'm selling a car that desperately needs newer tires.
I had heard about this a little bit, but I had no idea they already have started making them. The comparison articles/videos with the KO2s will be interesting.
